How do I FTP into my account?

To transfer files or browse through your directory using FTP, you need to connect with an FTP client.

Your Log on is ftp.your_domain.com.

Your User Name is the same as your Admin User Name for your domain..

Use port 21 (usually default), and login with your account username and password.

Any files that you want viewable on the web should be uploaded to the /public_html directory. Any files placed outside this folder will not be visible.

You might want to set this as the default directory in your ftp client.
