I have been using 1gighost for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for them. With running an online shop I cannot take any chances with reliability or security. 1GigHost.com have proven to be reliable, fast and secure + on top of that the customer service is great. Unlike other hosts I have used in the past 1gighost.com give you a lot of control over your web space. Every tool you could think of is included in the control panel as well as detailed statistics and online tutorials. On the rare occasion that something has gone wrong (even if it was my fault) it has been fixed very quickly. It’s refreshing to find a web host who replies to emails so fast and even though I’m based in the UK, emails have been replied to in a matter of hours.

We originally went with one of the "budget" hosting solutions we found on the web. There were 2 emotions, first one was "wow what a great price!" The second one was "Man did I ever make a mistake"

Honestly admitting the mistake was not fun and my boss was not real happy with how things were going. I was getting complaints from visitors about pages loading slow, forms that took forever to go through and worse yet, "Page Not Found 404" errors.
We were not sure what was wrong at the time. Turns out we were stuck on a server with about 400 other web sites.
We only use our web site for existing customers and so it is important that they have instant access. This was not happening and I was not sure where to turn or how to make sure the problems were going to go away without having to spend big bucks on a dedicated server.

I was referred to 1GigHost by a colleague and was assured that he had been using you guys for some time. The prices were well within our budget (18% higher than our previous host)
Well that was over a year ago and I am happy to report that we (actually my boss) is very satisfied with our services. Our hosting service is one of those "out of sight, out of mind" things that just goes unnoticed, until something goes wrong. We did have a couple problems with our site but they were due to our own edits, the guys at 1GigHost actually fixed it for us! I was in a panic and our site was broken, However Nasir came to our rescue and got us back up an running in no time at all. We pay $90 an hour for onsite visits by our IT guys, and they take hours to show up. Our website is very important to our business and getting it fixed in under an hour and for free? Wow is all I can say, thanks again for Making my life that much easier. We are going to make a public site soon and I am sure that it is going to be as much a dream as our current site.
